If you can make 5 people subscribe, and have them mention your name, I will set you up for free. : )

How can one person publish if there are multiple peoples subscribing? :/

Not sure what your question means... but the publishing rights are non-exclusive, meaning all who subscribe are allowed to publish the creatures.

I mean if I write a book with one of your monsters in it... then someone else has the right to publish it and they get mad because I did...

Though non exclusive i suppose we both couldn't complain...
just trying to figure out if I wanna subscribe or not.. Like the creatures would love to use them.

When you buy non-exlusive rights you take for granted that other people may, and probably will, publish the same artwork. However, each customer only see a small amount of products, so it is unlikely they will come across the same image more than once. Even if it happens, it is not the end of the world. If you want unique cretures for your books, custom, exclusive artwork is the way to go (but they will not be $0.50 to $1 per creature). Subscribe already! ;)
